Patient Care Coordinator
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I am a military spouse who has embraced the adventures and challenges that come with military life. Frequent moves have allowed me to gain experience in a variety of roles, each contributing to my personal and professional growth. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse healthcare background through both clinical and administrative roles. My clinical experience includes working as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medication Technician, and Lead Dental Assistant. I’ve also held administrative positions as a Clinic Manager, Billing and Insurance Specialist, and Referral Coordinator. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on patient care and the importance of creating a positive experience for every patient.
Integrity, compassion, and honesty are the foundation of both my personal and professional life. These values inspire me to continually learn, grow, and provide compassionate support to those I have the privilege of serving.
As the Care Coordinator, I help guide patients through every step of their journey with our clinic. I manage scheduling, answer patient calls, coordinate new referrals, verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, assist with billing, and help ensure our daily operations run efficiently. Above all, I strive to create a welcoming environment and be a friendly, reassuring presence for every patient who walks through our doors.
I want to eliminate the uncertainty that many patients experience when navigating healthcare. By providing transparent information about insurance coverage and costs upfront, along with exceptional customer service, I aim to help every patient feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout their experience.
One of my favorite parts of working here is the opportunity to connect with our patients and get to know them beyond their appointments. I also enjoy working with such a compassionate and supportive team that is always willing to help one another. The welcoming, patient-centered environment we’ve created makes every day rewarding, and I truly appreciate the chance to meet new people and contribute to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
I enjoy reading true crime books and watching true crime documentaries, and Gregg Olsen is my favorite author.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and boys. We enjoy taking our boat out for a beach day or to go fishing. If we aren’t doing that, I am most likely shopping or cozy on my couch reading a book!
